Its time for Jobs for Engineering Graduates in Asia's Largest Aerospace Company ie Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL). Today HAL had announced its Recruitment Project-2012 and invited applications for the post of Management Trainees (MT's) from the candidates in the discipline of Engineering, Finance and HR. Unlike, other Public Sector Companies, HAL doesn't require GATE-2013 Score and Hence, even freshers with no experience can apply for the post.

The Company (HAL) will be accepting only Online applications and the Registration process had already started since 3rd Oct, 2012. Applicants who wish to apply for HAL Recruitment 2012 are required to go through the Eligibility Criteria below and Submit the Online Application before the last Date i.e 19th Oct, 2012

HAL Recruitment 2012 : Details

Post : Management Trainees in various Disciplines.

Management Trainee (Technical) : 273

Management Trainee (Integrated Materials Management) : 25

Management Trainee (Finance) : 20

Management Trainee (Human Resources): 25

Pay-Scale: During Training, the Management Trainee's will be given stipend for one year with 4 lakh to 4.5 lakh Annual CTC . After completion of training the Management Trainee's (MT's) will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 16,400/- in the Grade-II Scale of Pay of Rs. 16,400-40,500/-.

 Who can apply for HAL MT Recruitment 2012 ?

Applicants who are willing to apply for Management Trainee Jobs in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) are required to full fill the below mentioned Eligibility criteria

Age Limit: Applicants must be less than 28 years of Age (As on 1-10-2012)

Educational Qualifications: Applicants who wish to apply for Management Trainee posts, must possess B.E/ Tech, MBA/MSW, CA, PG to apply for Jobs in relevant disciplines

Selection Procedure: The Selection procedure for the Recruitment of Management Trainees in HAL shall consist of an Written Test (Online Test) and Interview.

How to Apply for HAL MT Recruitment 2012 ?

Applicants who full fill the above mentioned eligibilty criteria are required to get themselves registered by submitting the Online Application before 19th Oct, 2012

Application Fee: An application fee of Rs 400 will have to paid through a System Generated Challan form in any SBI Branch in India. The will be fee exemption (No fee) for the candidates belonging to SC/ ST / PWD categories

Online Application: To apply Online Applicants are required to follow the given steps for Submitting the HAL Online application form.

Log on to HAL Official Website (www.hal-india.com.) and click on the Career Section.

On this Page, click on the approprate link for submitting the Online Application form.

Once, the Online form is opened, carefull fill the form by following the On-Screen Instructions.

After that, applicants need to submit the form, by clicking on the SUBMIT Button.

After, submitting the form, the System will generate, an Application form, that must be preserved for future usage.

In case, you belong to General & OBC category, then system will also generate a Challan form for deposting the Application fees.
