Are invited in the prescribed format as enclosed in A-4 size bond paper (80 g) using one side of eligible Indian nationals for the following positions. Applications complete in all respects along with required enclosures should be sent by ordinary mail to the Assistant Secretary / Member Secretary of the Railway Recruitment Board concerned, as mentioned in Para-15 of the General Instructions, so to arrive no later than 12/11/2012 up to 17.30. Applications can also be dropped in the box kept at the premises of the offices of the concerned RRB, up 17.30 of the closing date. The examination fees
No examination fees for SC / ST / ex military / Women / Minorities / Economically backward classes candidates having annual family income less than Rs.50, 000 / -.
For Unreserved Male / OBC male candidates (which does not come within the scope of the minority Economially / Backward) Communities examination fee as indicated in the post / category for each application. Candidates should submit separate application for each RRBs.
The examination fees are not refundable. It should be paid in the form of a cross demand draft to be drawn at the main branch of any nationalized bank, or in the form of Indian Postal Order cross drawn in favor of "CHAIRMAN / MEMBER SECRETARY / CLERK / SECRETARY OF RAILWAY RECRUITMENT BOARD IN QUESTION. Valid for a period of three months. The Bank Draft / Indian Postal Orders should be made payable at the place where is situated the RRB concerned (as para-15). The Indian Postal / Bank Drafts has not obtained before the date of issue of this
Centralized Employment Notice or after the closing date for the receipt of the request.
Candidates must write the Centralized Employment Notice No., Name of the post / s applied, Post Category number / s, and his / her name and address on the back of the bank draft / Facing the space provided on
Indian postal order.
HOW TO APPLY
The application format as Appendix 1 and 2 must be completed by the candidate in his / her own handwriting, with blue or black pen (not pencil, pen or gel pen) dated and signed. Only numerical International ie 1, 2, 3, etc should be used. The application form must be filled in English or Hindi only, strictly observing the instructions given in this Employment Notice. Candidates should fix his / her normal signature in English or in Hindi in the application form. Applications signed in capital letters / spaced out letters will be treated as invalid.
Candidate's name, address with PIN code, date of birth, father's name, mother's name and the nearest train station must be written legibly in English in bold capital letters, even if the candidate fill out the application form in Hindi.
Photographs: A recent photograph (not earlier than three months from the date of application) color size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, with clear front view of the candidate without cap and sunglasses should be pasted on the application form in the space provided. Photocopies of photographs is not permitted. Applicants must sign in the space provided in the box below the picture. An identical extra color photograph must be attached to the request, stating the candidate's name and category number on the reverse of the photograph. Candidates may note that the RRB may reject at any time for pasting old / unclear photograph on the application or for any significant variations between photograph pasted on the application and the physical appearance of the candidate.
