Geologist Examination 2012 - Online Application for 382 vacancies:
Union Public Service Commission has issued Geologists' Examination 2012
notification. Through this notice geologist 382 openings must be filled in. eligible candidates can apply through online before 15/10/2012. The

limit: The candidate's age should be between 21 and 32 years for the
posts of Geologist, between 21 and 35 years for Jr. Hydrogeologist and
21 years and 30 years for Asstt. Posts hydrogeologist. Date for determining age limit would be 01.08.2012. (Relaxation of age will be extended according to the rules of governance).Educational Requirements: Candidates must possess Master in Geology / Earth Sciences / Geology Hydro. For details, refer to the notice.Application Fee Details: Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200
/ - or by remitting the money in any branch of SBI by cash or by using
net banking facility of State Bank of India / State Bank of Bikaner and
Jaipur / State Bank of Hyderabad / State Bank of Mysore / State Bank Patiala / State Bank of Travancore by Visa / Master credit / debit card. SC / ST / Female / PH candidates are exempted from payment of fees.Selection process: Candidates will be initially selected on the basis of the written examination.
